"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered from perfectrepwatches.com, the shipping was faster than I thought it would be. I was kind of expecting it to take a while, but it actually moved along smoothly.

The tracking didn’t update right away, so yeah, I did wonder what was going on for a bit. But once it started showing updates, everything seemed fine after that.
The package arrived in good shape and even a little earlier than I had guessed. I’d give it 4 stars overall, mainly because the tracking updates could be better, but the shipping speed itself was good.

"Bad packaging"

"Order was pretty much right"
I ordered a watch from perfectrepwatches.com, it was more or less what I thought I was getting from the site. I’m not sure I’d say it was absolutely identical in every tiny way, but it definitely matched close enough for me.
The size, color, and dial details all seemed to line up with what I ordered, so I didn’t really have any major complaints there. The only thing I noticed was the strap texture felt a little different than I expected from the photos, though I wouldn’t say it was wrong or anything.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the order was accurate and arrived as requested. I just feel like the pictures could maybe show the strap material a bit more clearly, since that was the only part that caught me slightly off guard.

"Tracking could’ve been clearer"
A friend recommended this to me, so I decided to give it a try. The tracking technically worked, but it was a little confusing. It didn’t update for a few days, then suddenly showed movement, so I kept checking it myself to see what was going on.
The package did arrive in the end, and the watch was fine, so no major complaints there. I just wish the delivery updates had been clearer and more consistent. Overall, not a bad experience, but it wasn’t exactly smooth either.

"Movement is a little hit or miss"
i mean, the movement is fine most days, just not perfect. It keeps time decently when I’m wearing it, though I noticed it can lose a little after a few days. It did stop on me overnight once, but after winding it, it started working again. For the price, I kind of expected some quirks like that. Not terrible, but not amazing either.

"Payment gave me a bad feeling"
The payment part immediately made me pause. It just felt kind of dodgy, and my first reaction was, “Nope, I’m not sure I trust this.” Definitely not the smoothest experience.

"Just didn’t feel worth it"
My gut told me quickly this wasn’t worth what I paid. The watch looked okay at first, but once I had it in my hands, the quality felt kind of cheap. For the price, I expected a lot better. I wouldn’t buy it again...

"Slow replies and kind of frustrating"
Customer support took ages to get back to me, and when they did, the replies were super short... not really helpful. I ended up having to ask the same question twice, which was annoying. The order turned out fine in the end, but the whole support experience felt careless!

"Felt passed around and left in the dark"
Communication was frustrating. I kept having to ask the same basic questions, and the answers I got were really vague. It felt like I was being passed from one person to another, but no one actually knew what was going on or wanted to give me a clear update. I never felt like things were being transparent, and because of that, I wouldn’t use them again.

"Return and refund were straightforward"
I assumed the return was going to be a hassle, but it ended up being simple enough. I sent it back and the return took a few days to process, then the refund showed up a few days after that. Support was okay too, I didn’t need much from them, but they answered what I asked. Overall, went about as smoothly as I’d hoped.
